Warranty Info

Within one year from the date of your purchase, and under normal circumstances, if there is anything wrong with the quality or parts of the product, the Conair Customer Service Center will provide you with one-year repair or replacement service for free. To obtain this warranty service, please remember to keep the original purchase receipt carefully. If there are any problems with the product during the warranty period, you can visit the Customer Service Center in Kwun Tong with the product and receipt. 

(Note: This maintenance does not cover all products that are misused, not handled according to instructions, accidentally damaged, missing parts, and self-modified products.)
